Absolutely delightful Gulf Front with Awesome Views & Sunsets. WiFi is in the unit. Renovated again (Summer 2010) and maintained thruout the year. On the 6th floor at Estero Beach & Tennis.
Beachfront .. simply walk thru the sandbar and be on the beach, or take the sandy path and watch the wildlife on your stroll to the beach.
This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit is all open, with a sliding door to close off the bedroom from the living area. Bedroom has King size bed and two windows overlooking the gulf and Beach.
The living area has a queen size sofa bed, reading chair and lamp, 37" HDTV with cable, DVD and stereo with CD.
The fully-equipped custom kitchen has granite counters, and dishwasher. Dinnerware service for 8. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.
While on the balcony watch the dolphins frolic - tables & chairs provided, binoculars too! In the evening the sunsets are breathtaking.
Everything is provided for your stay and comfort: Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, linens, books, movies, games, hair dryer, binoculars, iron, tennis racquets .. Everything.
Location-Location-Location. Across the street is Santini Plaza with 7 restaurants, shops, boat rentals, pharmacy, bank, book shop, and more.
The executive golf course is one block over and water sports are on the beach.
