A Delightful Place To Stay!  Direct gulf front on the 6th floor at Estero Beach & Tennis. 
Renovated - with Wireless Internet.. Amazing views and Breathtaking sunsets. 
    
Beachfront behind sandbars; walk across the sandbar and be on the beach or walk along 
the path and watch the wildlife as you stroll to the beach.   
 
Location-Location- Across the street from Santini Plaza where you have restaurants,  
shops, boat rental, bank.  One block over is the 18 hole executive golf course.  
Water sports are on the beach. 
 
This is a 1 bedroom/1 bath efficiency, all open, sleeps 4, with sliding door to  
close off the bedroom.  King size bedroom with two windows overlooking the gulf,  
king size bed. 
 
Living room has a queen size sofa bed, 37" Flant Panel HDTV, Cable, DVD, stereo  
with CD player.  
 
Kitchen is fully equipped with service for 8, and all new appliances, including 
dishwasher and built-in microwave. 
  
Fully furnished with everything you need, including beach chairs, beach towels, 
umbrella, books, movies, games and binoculars to watch the dolphins and beautiful 
wildlife from the balcony.
