Vacation Rental Description

Luxurious upscale townhouse style home four years new located on a 
quiet cul de sac in Colonia San Antonio...just a 10-15 minute walk 
from the center of San Miguel. This spotless three story townhouse 
has a spectacular view reminiscent of Florence, Italy. Experience 
all the comforts of home while exploring this enchanting historical 
colonial town and immerse yourself in the multitude of cultural 
activities available all year round.  Parking is available in front 
of the house and the local taxis are extremely reasonable, only 20 
pesos, and accommodating. Guaranteed to be a memorable vacation 
experience you will want to repeat again and again. You may find 
houses that cost less, but none that include everything you need to 
be comfortable and secure. Hasta pronto!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two master bedroom suites with queensize beds,private baths,one with 
a tub,fireplaces, cable television,electric mattress heating pads, 
down blankets, electric heaters and fans, and outdoor patio, garden 
and fountain on the first level. Sofabed with two twin trundle 
beds,armoire, cable television, stereo, DVD Player,XM Radio System  
and full bath on third level, or can be used as a Family Room. A 
high speed internet connection is provided, so bring your own 
laptop.  Kitchen is fully equipped on second level, along with 
living room and dining room with outdoor patio and fireplace.  Color 
televisions on each floor. Fulltime maid service five days a week, 
washer and dryer,luxury linens included. New state of the art 
security alarm system. No detail overlooked to provide for your 
comfort and enjoyment. Please note: While all efforts have been made 
to ensure the safety of our guests, this house is not appropriate 
for young children or adults with difficulty climbing stairs. There 
are 2 sets of stairs and tile floors that may present a danger to 
children under twelve and the elderly.

Our climate is near perfect here in the high desert of central 
Mexico with clean air and sparkling starlit nights.  Horseback 
riding, visiting thermal hotsprings,hot air ballooning, sightseeing, 
worldclass entertainment,music, art and language classes, 
shopping,CURVES womens workout facility,exercise and dance classes, 
sampling the many gourmet restaurants or just sitting on the terrace 
with a Margarita admiring the view...all this is available to you 
and more.  Owner is a longtime San Miguel resident and will happily 
provide whatever information you request. Once you experience the

Vacation Rental Rates

800 per week May 1 through August 31 and 2800 per month;
900 per week September 1 through December 15 and 3200 per month;
900 per week December 16 through April 30 and 3200 per month US for 
up to 4 adults; $100.US for each additional adult up to 6; A 50% 
deposit required at time of booking and balance three business day 
before arrival....if a 
guest must cancel after deposit has been paid, the deposit will be 
applied to the next available rental date the guest 
requests....Deposits are easy and secure using Pay Pay. You may also send money via western union, money 
order or personal check. A fully 
refundable $50.00 deposit is required for long distance phone calls.
