during the summer months for weekly or long weekend mini vacation rentals.
During the winter or "high season", our Estate is avaliable for monthly or long-term
vacation rentals as well as for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Easter weeks.
Palm Beach is a glitzy, glamorous high-end resort community located
on a barrier island 65 miles north of Miami. To the east is the
mesmerizing Atlantic Ocean, to the west is the Intracoastal Waterway
which separates Palm Beach Island from the mainland. Palm
Beach is world-renown for Worth Avenue shopping and award-winning
fine dining; it competes with world class locations like Monaco and
Malibu as the most affluent resort community in the world.
Located on one of the more desirable streets in the North End of
Palm Beach, 218 La Puerta Way has has both deeded rights to the
Ocean beach a block to the east and direct access a block to the
west to the beautiful walking/bike trail along the Intracoastal
Waterway.
The residence at 218 La Puerta Way offers 4,363 sq ft of gracious
