Vacation Rental Description

Palm Beach Gardens is a vibrant, cultural area with entertainment, 
fine dining & designer shopping stores. This newly renovated 2 
Bedroom, 2 Bathroom with eat-in kitchen is in the midst of manicured 
fairways (5 PGA National tournament golf courses) with waterview & 
the sound of a water fountain to relax to after a game of golf, a 
day at the beach or a shopping expedition. MBR has King Size bed, 
24"TV/DVD; Guest bedroom has 2 extra large twin beds, 19" TV/DVD. 
The kitchen was completely re-done with stainless appliances less 
than 1 year old. The entire unit has new ceramic floor 21" tiles. 
The MBath has a walk-in shower, guest bath has tub/shower combo. New 
window treatments on all windows. There is a screened lanai off the 
LR and MBR with white wicker chairs facing the water fountain; there 
is a private patio off the glass sliding doors off the kitchen wiht 
a table, 4 chairs and umbrella. Other amenities include a one car 
garage, 32" TV/DVD in LR, radio/CD stereo,2 beach chairs, 2 beach 
towels, all small appliances you may need in a kitchen - JUST BRING 
YOUR SUITCASE!

Mid-Season: April, May, October, Novermber, December - $4500/mth 
wiht Golf Membership; $3000 without Golf Membership

Weekly rates available for Mid and Summer Seasons.
Florida Bed Tax is 11.5% of rental cost.
Weekly cleaning is available for $100/wk. Exit cleaning fee of $125.
