The date is not correct but after a bad review on here, I wanted to put in my good one. I have stayed in this unit 3 times: once with my son, daughter-in-law and 3 kids and twice with my friend and her grown daughter. We LOVED it every single time! This is the best place on the beach to sit and watch the sun rise, or just stroll on the beach. Kathy makes sure that the place is clean before we arrived and we will go there again if she is still renting.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Well located, right on the beach...accommodation fairly rustic, though: cramped rooms...maybe good for a couple with two young kids, but tight for three adults...beach deck is shared with other units which could be painful in high season...damage deposit/return procedure is archaic and NOT consumer friendly. I would not recommend this place unless you are really stuck.
