Villas of Cedar Cove in Bethany Beach

Like new 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bath home 2.5 miles from the beach. There is off street
parking for two cars. The first floor has a fully equipped eat in kitchen, dinning room,
living room and ½ bath. The living room has a 37" flat screen Television. The
master bedroom suite is also on the first floor and has a large private bath and walk in
closet. This bedroom has a King size bed and television.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with a queen size bed, large closets, with an
adjoining loft with television VHS/DVD and full bath. The loft has comfortable seating and
overlooks the living room.

This community has a pool for all guests and is located across the street. The pool is open
during the season from 10 am to 8 pm.

The home has central air conditioning along with a washer, dryer and cable television.

No Smoking and No Pets.

Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Movies, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Boating, Sailing,
Water-skiing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing and fitness center are all within a short
drive. Restaurants, Grocery and liquor stores are within walking distance. The Rehoboth outlets are only 20 minutes away. Ocean City is 6 miles from Bethany Beach.

January thru May 15 th $ 700.00 a week
May 15 thru June $1150.00 a week
July thru Sept. 15th $1350.00 a week
Sept 15th thru Dec. $ 770.00 a week

Stays less than one week are pro-rated and must pay cleaning fee in addition to rental fee.
50 % down along with a $300 security deposit is required at booking and the remaining 50
% is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Security is refunded after unit is inspected and key
is returned.

Rentals are Saturday 3 pm to Saturday 11 am. Cleaning fee is included in WEEKLY
RENTALS. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.
