This is is a vacation dream with 2 family rooms and an additional cozy
seating area, all nicely decorated and furnished. Bedrooms are large,
making it easy for additional space needed for infant furniture.
Pool table, Cable TVs ,DVDs/VCRs, games,large covered wrap around porch
upstairs and small porch downstairs will ensure that everyone finds a
space to enjoy their vacation.  Comfortable porch furniture with a wonderful view!

 Olhausen Montrachet 8' pool table.

Lot is flat and wonderfully shady on the lakeside, with a wide stone
walkway leading down to the boathouse,dock and deck. The kids will
love the sandy beach areas.

. The parents and kids will LOVE the
shallow, firm, sandy bottom which gradually deepens to 3 - 4 feet by the end of the
dock.
The water in this cove off Pea Hill Creek is clear, clean and a
pleasure in which to swim, fish and boat.

Beautiful covered upper and lower decks with comfortable deck furniture.

The house is located in the Northwest section of Lake Gaston on Peas
Hill creek.

For those golfers, Lake Gaston Country Club - an 18 hole golf course-
is approx. one mile away.

One dog = medium size - ok
There is no smoking in the house

This is a rental for families or groups of adults - which must
include
adults older than 35.

Saturday to Saturday rental during the summer.

Rates for 2013

All weekly rates include cleaning fees.  There is an additional damage deposit which is fully refunded upon departure.

Memorial day weekend - May 25-28 (3 nights Friday/Sat/Sun)       1200

January - May  - minimum rental 2 nights - 275 per night, 1,500 per week

Prime summer June - August  - 2,500 per week.  Nightly rates - June only, 325 per night. minimum rental 2 nights.

September - December - Minimum rental 2 nights - 275 per night, 1,500 per week
