Vacation Rental Description

Gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park! Six wonderful cabins located within the village of Grand Lake, 
Colorado. All cabins modern with 4 just completely renovated. Full 
kitchens and fully furnished with linens, pots and pans, dishes, 
toaster, coffee maker. TV, BBQ's, Central courtyard, Deck and Fire Pit.
You can rent one or all six.  Please call for details. 
These are great for family gatherings, reunions, weddings, or 
corporate gatherings.  Cabins have a large central deck adjacent to 
the Barbeque and stone serving area. Special rates for lodging longer 
than six days days.  Stay 7 days and pay for 6.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Barbeque area with picnic tables, deck and stone serving counter make a great space for a group buffet.
Deck with picnic tables and benches fire pit for sing-a-longs and marshmellow roasts
Each cabin has it's own private area with picnic table and chairs
Gas barbeque grills are provided.  TV, DVD, linens and full-equiped kitchens.  Supply house has extra towles, 
sheets, paper products, soaps and cleaning supplies.
Parking for boats and RVs (we do not have hook-ups).
All activities are conveniently located close to the cabins and most are within one or two 
blocks.  Half block to city park, library, theater and one block to boardwalk. The lake is two blocks south of the 
cabins.  Park the car and enjoy the village.  Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is one mile north on 
highway 34.

Canoeing, Pontooning, Bumper Boats, Paddle Boats, Biking, Hay-rides

Special Events, Boat Show, Buffalo Barbeque, Parades, Fourth of July 
Grand Lake Fireworks, and bingo every Friday for the whole family and 
many other activities on weekends. 

We are open from May 1 to Oct 1

Vacation Rental Rates

We are open for guests May 1st until October 1 (sorry we are closed 
in the winter months!)
Rates (in US Dollars ): Personal Currency Assistant™ 
Credit Cards Accepted:  Pay Pal   must contact owner for dates available
Cabin #1 $125./night .. $750./week (per cabin).
Cabin #2 $115/night .. $690./week (per cabin).
Cabin 3 $115./night  $630.00 (per week)
Cabins 4,5,6  $120./night  $720. (per week)
Stay 7 days and pay for six!
All rates based on 4 persons per cabin $10.00 per additional person.
Pet Payment $10.00 per cabin,PLUS $10.00 PER NIGHT Pets on leash at 
all times and in Pet carriers when not with owner.
Our cabins come with linens, blankets, pots and pans, full kitchens
Clean towels and linens are replaced as needed.
