Vacation Rental Description

This is a newly remodeled and very charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the Hope Ranch area of Santa  
Barbara. Hope Ranch is a luxury development of larger homes and estates in the $2 million to $15  
million range. There is a country club and beautiful lake in the development as well as a private  
gated beach. There are extensive horse trails, and you will enjoy access to the private, gated beach. 
 
The home has just undergone a complete whole-house full remodel. It is essentially a brand new home,  
beautifully furnished. There is a state of the art new kitchen featuring travertine floors, granite  
counter tops, and all stainless steel top of the line appliances. 
 
The main great room area is just off the kitchen and offers a huge 52 inch flat screen television  
with high definition cable service to watch your favorite movies and concerts. There is also a  
fireplace and one end of the room has an all-glass wall looking out into the fabulous mature oak  
trees surrounding the home. 
 
The master bedroom suite also offers views on three sides out into the oaks. Double french doors  
open out onto a private master suite patio adjoining. A heated spa is on the patio. The master suite  
also includes a walk in closet area and a full bathroom done in travertine and granite and glass. 
 
The patio at the rear of the home is very private, surrounded by mature landscaping with avacado and  
fruit trees. There is a gas fireplace to sit around with your drinks while you enjoy company and  
conversation. There is a new gas barbeque island complete with a refrigerator for outdooor meals. 
 
“We’ve rented vacation homes in Santa Barbara before however we were not familiar with Hope Ranch.  
What an absolutely peaceful and beautiful area! One of our favorite past times was afternoons on the  
gated private beach. It was very uncrowded and secluded and we could let the kids roam to their  
heart’s content without having to keep a close watch on them every minute. Your house was so  
luxurious, and beautiful! What a comfortable and private retreat!  Barbeques in the evenings, and HD  
movies and concerts at night on the big HD plasma screen. Great home! We’ll be back!"

4 night minimum rental period please. 
Deposit required on Reservation; Rent Balance and refundable Security. 
Deposit due two weeks before check-in.
