Cozy Vermont mountain top cabin located on 30 private acres in Newark, VT, the heart of the Northeast 
Kingdom. 
Experience a tranquil and beautiful setting with spectacular mountain views

Ideal romantic getaway for couples and great for nature enthusiasts, artists, writers or  anyone seeking to 
leave the hustle and bustle behind

Also perfect for families building lifetime memories exploring and enjoying Vermont.

Escape to the magnificence and be miles away from the ordinary because you are “off-grid” but equipped with a 
state of the art solar power system supplemented with a propane back-up generator.  The camp has  300’ 
drilled well for some great tasting water  and there is a conventional septic system with conventional flush 
toilet.   Just flick a few switches upon your arrival and enjoy all the comforts of a conventional powered home
