Vacation Rental Description

A perfect home for large family gatherings. Over 1,200 square 
feet of outdoor covered decks.  Fenced & landscaped yard and direct 
beach access from every bedroom. Located in the center of St. George 
Island, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, this 
beachfront home includes a large elevator, multiple TVs and 
DVDs, VCRs, stereo, gas fireplace, gas cooktop with electric oven, 
three refrigerators, and covered parking for 4-5 cars. Private pool 
(heated for a fee), hot tub, enclosed outdoor shower, park-style 
charcoal grill, fish cleaning table, and your own private boardwalk 
to the beach.  No pets. No smoking.

Sleeps 14: 1 king, 4 queens, 2 bunk beds (4 twins)

Vacation Rental Amenities

Upscale furnishings throughout, restored heart of pine flooring 
throughout, granite countertops, stainless appliances, washer (large 
front loading), dryer, large 50" DLP TV in living area, large 
freezer on first floor.  Three master bedrooms have private baths; 
all bedrooms have access to covered decks and to the beach.  
High-speed wireless internet (free), phone with free long distance, 
cable TV.  
Linens and trip insurance are provided. 

Activities and Attractions

Beautiful St. George Island is a natural playground located about 60 
miles east of Panama City.  The beaches are rarely crowded.  There 
are many activities including swimming, boating, watersports, world-
class fishing, bird and wildlife viewing, and biking.  There are 
bicycle paths running throughout the island that offer a safe place 
for bicycling, skating, running or just walking.  Award winning 
St. George Island State Park takes up the eastern end of the 
island and offers hiking, kayaking and sunbathing in a pristine 
undisturbed beach setting. The Island and nearby Apalachicola offer 
old town charm, excellent restaurants serving world famous 
Apalachicola Oysters and fresh seafood, and plenty of shops to 
explore. 

Great golfing is available at St. John's Bay Golf Course.  The golf 
course is only 35-45 minutes east of the island.

Vacation Rental Rates

April, May, June and July are fully booked.  The last week of August and the first week of September 
are available.  We rent Saturday-Satuday.  Please click on the availability calendar link above to

High Season:  $6,270/week - March 14-April 13; May 23-Aug. 10

Mid Season:  $3,895/week - Feb. 28-March 13; April 14-May 22; 
Aug. 11-Oct. 31; Nov. 21-30; Dec. 19-Jan. 4, 2009

Low Season:  $2,690/week - Jan. 7-Feb. 27; Nov. 1-Nov.20; Dec. 1-18
