New Custom 1700 square foot home, in a very quiet nieghborhood near
the lake. 6 Minutes from London Bridge and shops. Located on the
lake side of Hwy 95.
60" Big Screen TV in the Livingrom and TV's in all of the bedrooms.
King size bed in the Master Bedroom and Queen size beds in the spare
bedrooms. Onsite desktop computer system with Highspeed
Wired/Wireless Internet access.
400 square foot covered patio with BBQ and a beautiful swimming pool with baja shelf, seating with jets, table and water fall. Has everything you need.
Just bring a toothbrush. NOTE: RV side of garage is not available, but there is plenty of parking.

vacation rental rates
Daily Summer Rate: $170 per night and $950 per week. Winter Monthly Rate (November to
April): $1500 per month w/ all utilities paid except electricity during the winter months.
$85 Non-Refundable Cleaning fee + $100 Refundable Damage Deposit for First time Renters.
