This DIRECT GULF FRONT townhome, located in gated Barrier Dunes, just steps from the entrance to St. Joseph State Park and it's large variety of wildlife, Hiking, Biking, and over 16,000 acres of awesome "Beachfront" wilderness surrounded on 3 sides by the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joe Bay. 

Enjoy the amazing views, large dunes and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico from your Living Room, Queen Bedroom and King Master Suite, each with their own private "Beach Front" deck. Relax on America's #1 beach (pristine, unspoiled and private) directly off your back porch or by the beautiful pool overlooking the Gulf and only steps from your front door. In the evening, sit on your deck and take in the awesome beauty of a moonlit light & stars larger and in more abundance than you've ever seen.

Barrier Dunes has 2 pools (1 is gulf front and 4 doors over!), lighted tennis courts, 3 fresh water fishing ponds, playground, pet stations and boardwalks throughout! Beautifully decorated 1st floor, fully appointed, newly completely redone kitchen with granite counter tops, Dining and Living area with TV, Cable, DVD/VCR and Stereo. The first floor also has a Deck with gas grill. Enjoy incredible views of the Gulf with a boardwalk directly down to the beach.

The 2nd floor consists of two beautifully appointed bedrooms & 2 full baths. The front bedroom has a Queen bed, TV/VCR & CD player, private deck and directly faces the Gulf while the back bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV/VCR & a private deck that overlooks the pond & fountain in front of the townhome.

The 3rd floor is the large Master Bedroom with King "4 Poster" bed, TV/VCR, CD/Stereo and Coffee Bar, private bath & deck that provide the breathtaking sights and sounds of the Gulf!

Parking is covered and other amenities include private fishing ponds, multiple lighted tennis courts, 2 swimming pools and a beautifully appointed Club House. Garden Tubs in Master & Guest bathroom and Shower on first floor deck.
