This is a large one bedroom condo in the beach block. It is located
three blocks south of the Convention Center. Restaurants and stores
are within walking distance. One off street parking space is
provided.

There is an ocean view from the kitchen windows. Location is the
best of both worlds -- at the quiet end of the boardwalk within a
tramcar ride of all boardwalk attractions and amusement piers to the
north.

The unit is on an end of the top (second) floor of the complex.
While it is air conditioned and heated, the end location provides
lots of windows for those who prefer fresh ocean breezes.

The unit is comfortably set up for four but can sleep five. Please
provide your own sheets and towels (beach, bath and kitchen).

Large living room with an "L" shaped sofa which contains a queen
size sleeper sofa, TV, and VCR/DVD player.

Kitchen with range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.
Dishes, utensils, glasses, pots and pans, crock pot, electric griddle, etc. are provided.


The bedroom has two full size beds, two three drawer bureaus, color
TV and one small closet for hanging items.

The complex has a sunning deck, umbrella table and chair sets,
tasteful landscaping, coin-op washer and dryer, outside shower for
use when returning from the beach. The unit has two chairs and a
small table on the balcony. (Above items available May to Oct.)
Also included are Cable TV and ceiling fans.

Upcoming Events:

Wildwood is a short drive from Cape May and less than an hour from
Atlantic City. The beaches are free and manned by lifeguards from
Memorial Day through Labor Day.

There are three large amusement piers and three water parks on the
boardwalk. Fireworks every Friday night in season. Fishing and
dolphin watcher boats leave daily from nearby piers.

There are also public golf courses, fishing docks, boat ramps
(charge), concerts (some free - some paid admission), and tennis and
basketball courts. The famous Bocce Ball courts are just steps away.

There is a $100 refundable security deposit in addition to rental amounts.
Weekend and week days only rates available off season.
