Delightful 1st floor condo less than one mile from the beach and located in beautiful Surfside Beach. This unit comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. While the master bedroom boasts a queen size bed with its own private bath, the second bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a daybed w/ a trundle. The living room can accommodate a queen size air mattress for additional guests. The condo is great for the out-of-town vacationer who likes the feel and comfort of home while still on vacation.

This unit offers an equipped kitchen for you to cook your own meals and a dining area. A refrigerator w/ ice maker, dishwasher, range, microwave oven, dishes and utensils. Other features include washer/dryer, cable TV and DVD player in every room, Playstation II in 2nd bedroom, patio, community pool and parking.

We are conveniently located within minutes of the Surfside Beach pier and Wild Water Waterpark. Only a short drive distance to Broadway at the Beach where you can enjoy a variety of dining, miniature golf, shopping, an IMAX theater, Magiquest, and much more to keep you busy either day or night. Other activities that are conveniently located include the Nascar Theme Park, the fabulous NEW Hard Rock Park and the famous House of Blues. You are only a short distance drive from the
Myrtle Beach International Airport. You can also enjoy a variety of immaculate golf courses, shopping outlets, and recreational activities for all ages.

vacation rental rates

  • May 20 thru Sept. 8: $650/wk
  • Sept. 9 thru Oct. 27: $550/wk
  • Oct. 28 thru Dec. 29: $450/wk
  • Dec. 31 thru March 31: $450/wk
  • April 1 thru May 19: $550/wk
  • A security/cleaning deposit of $200 is required with signed rental agreement. Balance
    is due 2-weeks prior to arrival date.
  • Forms of payment accepted - Money Order/Cashiers Check/Paypal
  • ABSOLUTELY  ** NO PETS ** ALLOWED !!!
  • Owner reserves the right to deny a contract based on information provided.
  • Minimum age to book is 25 years old or a married couple and maximum occupancy is 8 unless prior arrangements are made through the owner.
  • Note: The weeks run Saturday (3pm) thru Saturday (11am).  If you
    see a week open but the two Saturdays booked it only means the
    morning hours thru checkout or late afternoon hours for checkin are
    taken. The remaining portion of that day is open and available!

This condo was amazing to rent. It was in the perfect location, very spacious, very clean, & inexpensive. The contact person was so very nice and went out of his way to make sure we had a nice stay. I will most definitely use this place again next year!! Thanks so much.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Great location!

We were very happy with this place. We arrived in the dark, but were able to find everything we needed to get inside. There was a TV in each room, which was nice. The layout was very conducive to a beach home.

One of the problems with the home was the DVD player in the front room did not work, so any movie we watched had to be watched in a bedroom and it wasn't the most comfortable location. Also, they mentioned there would be a VCR, but there was no VCR in the home.

The kitchen was an adequate size. We only had one cabinet for our food, and unfortunately it was the dirtiest spot in the kitchen, so we ended up leaving most stuff on the counter. Note to a future renter: there are no pot holders! We didn't realize this until we had to take the dish out of the oven! Glad it didn't burn the food (only my hands!).

All in all, it was a good, quiet location. The pool was nice to relax in when we didn't want to fight to find a parking place at the beach. I would probably stay here again, but would like to be able to watch a movie out on the couch and will bring my own pot holders!

Recommended for: families with teenagers, romantic getaway

Owners response: Was not aware that the DVD player did not work. It will be replaced and the pot holders are hanging up on a hook next to the stove. All in all I am glad you were happy. Thanks and I hope to see you next year.
