This is a beautifully decorated (in Mexican colors) 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom,
two-story townhouse condo (finished December 24, 2007). The interior is modern and clean.
The patio is tiled in terracota, and has a big granite table plus a big tiled barbeque. The rental fee for the condo is all inclusive: electricity, propane gas, water/sewer/garbage removal, dsl internet, condo amenity priviliges. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed; the upstairs bedroom has two twin beds. Bed linens, comforters, pillows and towels included. The condo is air conditioned. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers.
The condo is 2 blocks from the beach, a 10-15 minute walk. The condo is 1 block
from a convenience store (selling water, beer/wine/liquor, USA Today
newspaper, fresh produce, ice, and sundries). The condo is 1 block from bus stops with buses to almost all parts of Mazatlan, and is 1 block from 24-hour taxi service. There are many English speakers in the condo's development. The property is located in the Villa Marina development, in Nuevo Mazatlan.
It is a 10-minute bus ride to the Golden Zone (the newer, more touristy, nightclub district), and a 20-minute bus ride to El Centro (the historic district). Going in the other direction, it is a 5-minute bus ride to Cerritos, where you can eat fresh lobster, crab and fish right off the boat. Four restaurants at the beach are within walking distance. In addition to the photos posted on this web
site, we have others we can provide.
*We are also interested in a house swap for 2-3 weeks in Europe in the
Summer.
