a roof top deck that has expansive views of Newport. It is a short
walk to downtown Newport�s shopping and fine dinning.

AC, large screen TV, dvd, stereo, direct tv, fully equipped kitchen
with dishwasher. Appointed beautifully all with new furniture
including beds. In the home you will enjoy wonderful cool breezes
off the water, and spectacular views with no obstructions.

biking, sailing, polo, hiking, & golf

Ferries run daily to Block Island from Newport.If you enjoy daytrips
to other islands you can fly with 15-20 minutes to Nantucket or
Martha�s Vineyard.

Newport is well known for her music festivals such as the Classic
Festival, Folk Festival and Jazz Festival. There are also many
gala's throughout the summer at the mansions.
