Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful Victorian Condo located in Newport historic point. Condo 
is on top floor and is one block back from the water. The home has 
hard wood floors and is newly renovated throughout. It includes a 
fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (2 queens), living room and 
bath.

From the living room there are amazing views of Narragansett Bay. 
Off of the living room is a dinning patio with a gas grill. There is 
a roof top deck that has expansive views of Newport. It is a short 
walk to downtown Newport’s shopping and fine dinning.
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

AC, large screen TV, dvd, stereo, direct tv, fully equipped kitchen 
with dishwasher. Appointed beautifully all with new furniture 
including beds. In the home you will enjoy wonderful cool breezes 
off the water, and spectacular views with no obstructions. 
There are plenty of linens for bath and bedrooms

biking, sailing, polo, hiking, & golf

Ferries run daily to Block Island from Newport.If you enjoy daytrips 
to other islands you can fly with 15-20 minutes to Nantucket or 
Martha’s Vineyard.

Newport is well known for her music festivals such as the Classic 
Festival, Folk Festival and Jazz Festival. There are also many 
gala's throughout the summer at the mansions.

May & June, Sept: 1800 per week or 275 per night.
July & August and holidays:  2000 per week or 300 per night
November December & January $200.00 per night
off season/winter rental available upon request
