including dishwasher. Dining area includes dining table for six and an
island counter for three. The Family room features a cathedral ceiling
and fireplace. Outdoor deck features a great view of scenic Duck Pond
and includes a gas grill and plenty of seating. Fishing available on
Duck Pond, just a few yards from the back door. Total of 4 TV's with
cable, 2 with DVD players. Access to Lake Geneva and a short walk to
all Abbey Spring's amenities.

Abbey Springs is a wonderful waterfront community with numerous
amenities to appeal to the golfer, tennis player, hiker or boater.
Abbey Springs is located on over 1000 feet of Lake Geneva frontage.
Enjoy the views from an Abbey Springs restaurant (there are three), the
marina, or the golf course! Picnic area, game-room, pools are great
for kids. Large, well-equipped Fitness center. Hot tub, sauna,
pro shop on site. Great shopping in the area. Abbey Springs has
own marina and boat launch. Plenty to do or just relax in a
picturesque area!

(Daily rate $300 w/ a 2-night minimum)

September 16 to May 14 $275 per Night (Two-night minimum)

Rates do not include a Required Resort User Fee of $6.00/day/person
(age of 6 years and older)

Payment terms: 50% deposit required if reserved more than 30 days in
advance of arrival; payment in full if reserved within 30 days.
