This gorgeous property is located directly on the West shore of the West Bay of Grand Traverse Bay. It has been recently renovated
and is extremely spacious. A family of 8 would have more than enough room to relax all summer long.
The location cannot be beat, with direct access to the Grand Traverse Bay. It is conveniently
located approximately 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City as well.
The residence is 3,578 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths; 1 King, 2 Queens, and 1 Daybed with
trundle. The master bedroom is extremely spacious (32' x 16'6").

Suttons Bay is 8 minutes away and has shopping, small movie theater, restaurants and 2 sandy beaches. Traverse City is 10 minutes away and there are too many activities to list them here. The Black Star winery is 2 minutes away, there are several others in the area. There is access to the Leelanau Trail 2 miles away. This trail connects to TART trail in Traverse City.
vacation rental rates
Rate: $4,200 per week (May - September); $2,500 per week (October - April). Note that sales tax is
not included in these rates.
The residence is available only on a weekly basis, Sunday-Sunday; however, the owner will
consider a shorter rental in the off-season (October-April).
Deposit Policy: Paid in full in advance. 2 week cancellation policy.
Payment Policy: We do not accept credit cards at this time; however we are able to accept payment
through paypal. Cash or Checks only.
No exotic pets are allowed. Domesticated pets (cats, dogs) are allowed as long as they do not exceed
40 pounds and no more than 2 in number. Please note that a separate deposit/fee is required for
pets.
No Smoking.
No food provided.
All linens (except beach towels) are provided.
A Lease/Rental Agreement is required to be signed before the rental term.
