condo is non-smoking but has a small porch where someone can smoke.
There is (1) dedicated parking spot behind the building with
additional free street parking. Conveniently located across the
street from a Wawa. Linens and towels are not provided.

DEPOSITS
A $300.00 deposit is required in order to reserve your week. This
would then become your security deposit. After we receive this
deposit, we will prepare and mail you the lease agreements. 1/2
payment would be due in one month and the balance would be due 30
days prior to occupancy. A $30 fee will be charged for all returned
checks.
