This (2) bedroom (1) bath condo is located on West Avenue (quiet rear unit). It is completely renovated and everything is brand new. The unit is in the rear of the building, so you don't have all of the noise from the street. It is located about 4½ short blocks to the beach and boardwalk of Ocean City. The unit has central air, dishwasher, washer & dryer, (3) color TVs, (1) VCRs, (1) DVD player and a microwave. The condo is non-smoking but has a small porch where someone can smoke. There is (1) dedicated parking spot behind the building with additional free street parking. Conveniently located across the street from a Wawa. Linens and towels are not provided.

take a short ride to Historic Cape May. Jet-ski rentals are just
minutes away in the bay. Somers Point is the next town and this is
where the bars and dance clubs are.

DEPOSITS
A $300.00 deposit is required in order to reserve your week. This
would then become your security deposit. After we receive this
deposit, we will prepare and mail you the lease agreements. 1/2
payment would be due in one month and the balance would be due 30
days prior to occupancy. A $35 fee will be charged for all returned
checks.
