microwave, dishwasher, gas BBQ, linens.
Community pool and hot tub.
No smoking inside premises.

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak: Dec thru April - $125.00 night // $800.00 week // $2950.00 month 
Off-Peak May-Oct - $110.00 night // $700.00 week // $2600.00 month


Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
 
Deposit – 50% due at time of booking. Balance due 10 days prior to
arrival plus $100 non-refundable cleaning fee.  
No refunds within 10 days. 
$500 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit required.
 
All major credit cards are accepted through Pay Pal system.  An
invoice will be sent via email.
