This privately located, 1st floor end unit Condo is tucked away from the other units and is fully furnished. Condo includes all the amenities you will need for a nice, relaxing vacation. Located only 3 1/2 blocks from the Free Beach.

The Condo includes private assigned parking (literally a few feet
from the Condo) and plenty of street parking for extra vehicles.
This condo is located at the corner of 11th and New Jersey Ave, North
Wildwood, NJ. We are within walking distance of many Delicious Restaurants, Diners, Pubs, Wawa, Ice Cream Shops, Miniature Golf, The Bay and much more!

Weekly Rentals are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY ONLY. Check in 2pm----

10% Senior Citizen Discounts Offered. (Note discount only applies to person signing the rental agreement)

Weekend Rates Available for Sept through April. NO Weekends during summer months.

NOTE: Professional cleaning and inspection service included in
rental price. Price ALSO Includes all Utilities and Taxes.

Deposits: A $200.00 security deposit and 30% of the rental fee is due
upon agreement. The remaining balance of the rental fee is to be paid
in full 30 days prior to rental dates. The security deposit will be
returned to the renter 30 days after your stay, if the unit is found
in the same condition that it was received in.
