      As a first time rental, the Francois Carriage house is a whimsical getaway retreat. Featuring a beautiful wrap 
around balcony and remote access garage parking. The moment you enter you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy 
all the wonderful amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer, and a short 5 min walk to the beach and steps away 
from the Cabana Pool.

      During your stay there are complimentary beach chairs and towels, as well as other beach amenities. This 
750 sq ft house features a loft king bed where you wake to the beautiful blue sky and office area to include 
WiFi. The bunk room located on the first floor is directly across from the bathroom. The Francois Carriage house 
can sleep up to four and accomodate your favorite pet.

     Featuring a full kitchen including refrigerator and icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, range and complete 
assortment of kitchen amenities as well as stunning granite countertops. There is seating for two at the bar 
and a dining area that can comfortably seat four.

    The floors are done in beautiful travertine, featuring a HDTV, Bose CD player, and a variety of new and 
vintage movies for your viewing pleasure making this your best vacation ever. So what are you waiting for
