This comfortable home is situated minutes from Windsor Beach Boat
Launch on the north side of town. It's cul-de-sac location provides
for plenty of boat parking.
This property is a three bedroom, two bathroom split floorplan with
the master at one side and two bedrooms at the other side.
The living room, dining, and kitchen make up a grand room.
At the rear is a covered patio with lake view. This patio
provides
an outdoor eating area, propane BBQ, lighting and two ceiling fans.
The bedrooms consists of: Mstr - one king bed/TV; Bed1 - one king
bed/TV; Bed2 - one double and one twin/TV. There is also a fold
away bed.
There are ceiling fans in every room, and central air covering
1300sq ft.
Living room has a sofa, loveseat, two recliners, TV, dvd,vcr, cd
Kitchen if fully furnished with built-ins. Besides the dining area
there is a center island with bar.
