9 bedrooms/7 baths - swimming pool in Pensacola Beach

9 bedrooms and 7 full baths (one with whirlpool) brand new and
completely remodeled in 2006. Everything is new in this 5700 plus
square foot house. The ultimate in family vacation - reunions,
getaways, weddings or corporate retreats. There are no extra charges for weddings or receptions. There is plenty of off street parking - room for over  20 cars. The house has 1600 sq.ft. of covered porches with picnic tables and a gas grill to just sit around and relax out of the sun. We are just 30 ft from the Sound with public access for both you and your boat. The Sound is ideal for children, since it is shallow and you do not have waves to worry about. If you prefer the wave action on the Gulfside, you are just 2 1/2 blocks from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. With 5700 sq ft of living space and 9 bedrooms and 7 baths, ours is the largest rental house on the beach and we have the largest private  swimming pool for our guests only. A 17 x 40 Game Room has now been added with a pool table, Wii,  foos ball machine,  ping pong table and an Air Hockey Game

We have 3 oversized master suites with king beds on the second floor, each with its own sitting area with table, chairs,mini refrigerator and coffee maker. Each has its own private covered balcony offerring gorgeous views of the sunset over Santa Rosa Sound. One of the baths on the second floor has a whirlpool tub. On the first floor, we offer two oversized master suites; one
with two queen-sized beds opening directly onto the covered porch and  the SWIMMING POOL.  This bedroom has its own private bath.There is also a handicapped accessible bath and bedroom suite containing three queen size beds. Also on the first floor, we have one large bedroom with a king size bed, and french doors leading to the wraparound porch and the swimming pool.There are two rooms with twin beds and one room with a full bed. No futons or rollaway beds here, every person has their own bedroom and privacy. This is the reason we restrict occupancy to 24 persons. Every bedroom has its own tv. Every bathroom has a hair dryer. The kitchen is completely new with all modern appliances. There are two refrigerators and a commercial ice maker.The large dining room has two tables with chairs and  bar stools in the bar area. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer. If you do not wish to go the gulf, which is 2 1/2 blocks away;  we have a large white sandy area and a pool to sun bath.

Plus tax of 12.5% and cleaning fee $295.00.  Refundable Damage  Deposit $500.00 to be made by separate check, as it is not cashed unless there are damages.

Rental Customer must be 25 years of age or older. Rentals are
Saturdayto Saturday. Check-In time is 3PM. Absolute checkout time is 10AM, so
that we may prepare for our next arrivals. No refunds will be given
for late arrivals or early departures. Please, NO PETS. Your security
deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged additional for rug
cleaning/flea spray treatment if any evidence of pet(s) is/are
established.
Please, NO SMOKING. Your security deposit will be forfeited and you
will be charged additional for rug/drapery/upholstery cleaning or
damage caused by smoking products.
Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed in the home at any
time
is restricted to the number mutually agreed upon and stated on rental
contract. Your security deposit will be forfeited if this number is
exceeded.
Housekeeping: Accommodations will be cleaned to quality standards
prior to your arrival and after your departure. Linens are provided
and must not be removed from the unit. There is not an on-site
housekeeper. Long Distance calls: There is a long distance block on
the phones. You will need a calling card to make your long distance
calls from the home. Local calls are free.
Severe Weather: If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions
occur, Emergency Management may issue a mandatory evacuation notice.
Accommodation refunds will be prorated from the time of your
departure
from the island during the mandatory evacuation.
Deposits: 1/2 weekly rent is required to confirm your reservation.
This may be paid by personal or certified check. Upon receipt of this,
a contract will be forwarded to you outlining the balance. This amount will
be due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is cancelled 30
days, or more, prior to arrival date, we will attempt to re-rent the
property and, if successful, we will refund your reservation deposit.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival
date, we will attempt to re-rent the property and, if successful, we
will refund your payment less a $250.00 handling fee.
