Vacation Rental Description

     Mickey's Maingate Manor is our Professionally Designed and 
Decorated Luxury Vacation Home.  Built in the Spring of 2004 and 
located 5 minutes from the Walt Disney World Entrance, in the 
prestigious "Enclave" neighborhood of the Emerald Island Resort.

New Additions for 2008!!

Unlimited Use Wireless High Speed internet access for up to 3 
computers.

	EMERALD ISLAND RESORT is a gated community that encompasses 
over 300 acres and is  surrounded by a Conservation Area.  The 
winding entrance  road is lined with palms, indigenous plants and 
decorative flowers, that contributes to the Emerald  Island  Resorts 
unique feel of peace and tranquillity in the otherwise  bustling 
area 
of Disney Maingate.  Once in the Resort you are welcomed by a 
playful 
dolphin fountain and a  picturesque  rotunda leading you to our 
Luxury Vacation Home.

	Once you arrive at our home you will see that we have 
designed recreation areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and amenities to suit 
multiple families.  We have located 2 bedrooms downstairs for those 
who avoid stairs; the newest additions to the family or the 
matriarch 
and patriarchs.

	Our Lake view and Wooded Conservation Area View is the 
crowning jewel to our home.  The back of the home is lined with 
windows and a sliding glass door which allows you to view this 
tranquil vista from the entire home, which makes it hard to believe 
there is so much Disney Activity only 3 miles away.  You may not 
want 
to leave.  But in the end, when you do, leave a note in our guest 
book.  Count the Mickeys in the home and compare notes with previous 
guests.  We hope you'll enjoy our home as much as we do.  We'll "See

2 Master Bedrooms with Bath Suites, and 3 Master Bedrooms with Full 
Bathroom.  Each Room is named and Themed for a unique adventure as 
you travel throught the home.  Here is a list of the Bedrooms.
   
	AFRICAN ADVENTURE is a Master Bedroom Suite.  Enjoy your 
Dark Continent Campaign in the comfort of a Pillow Top King bed, TV 
with DVD/VCR, walk in closet, bath suite with walk in shower.

	TUSCAN ROMANCE is  Master Bedroom Suite with soft serene 
shades and elegant antiquity.  This restful retreat has a Pillow Top 
King Bed, TV with DVD/VCR walk in closet and bath suite with walk in 
shower.

	CIMARRON TRAIL is a glimpse into the Cattle Baron's world 
of luxury at stops along the trail while following his investments 
(cattle).  This Rustic/Exquisite room has a Pillow Top King Bed, 
Private Full Bath and TV with DVD/VCR.

	PLAZA SOUTH is a bit of Sophisticated New York for the 
young ladies.  Two Twin beds with toile canopies, Make-Up Mirror 
Dresser and TV with DVD/VCR.  This room shares a Donald Duck Comic 
Book Theme Full Bath with "The Quarterdeck".

	QUARTERDECK  for our young lads, has 2 Twin Captain's 
Beds and 1 set of Bunk Beds (2 beds in a set).  I'm sure I can feel 
the sea spray.  This room shares a Donald Duck Comic Book theme Full 
Bath with "The Plaza South".

	CAPE COD is cool and breezy blues and white with a touch of 
classic elegance, Pillow Top Queen bed. Private Full Bath and TV 
with DVD/VCR.

	SAINT ANDREWS is in honor of the golf course of course.  
Pillow Top King bed, Private Full Bath, and TV with DVD/VCR.


*Bed Description:
	All beds in the house are Sealy Posture Pedic Shavano Ultra 
        Plush Euro Pillow Top.  Unicased for Comfort and Support.

6 INDIVIDUAL RECREATION AREAS:

	MICKEY'S R&R is an Air conditioned and Carpeted Game 
Room with a 73" screen and Surround Sound  Home Theater area, Pool 
Table, Air Hockey,  a 2nd Refrigerator for refreshments and plenty 
of seating to watch that big football game.  It is a perfect place 
to relax and enjoy high energy recreation, Movies or a Pool 
Tournament without disturbing the entire house.

	POOL & LANAI Area has a Southern Facing Exposure, a 
Lake and Conservation View for privacy, an Oversized Heated Swimming 
Pool with Spa, Outdoor Shower, Extended Decking, Comfortable Patio 
Furniture and a Stainless Steel Grill  for year round enjoyment.
	

	KITCHEN Scene is fully equipped to make you feel like a 
gourmet chef.  We have found the kitchen is where everyone  
automatically gathers.  Our kitchen has a custom designed table 10' 
long, it is counter top height, and has a beautiful granite 
surface. This multifunction table can be used for projects, multi-
person food prep, meal time seating for 12 and general gathering.  
Enough room so everyone can relax and enjoy family meals.

	SOUTH BEACH LOFT was designed for teens or a ladies 
getaway.  42" Plazma TV, Game Table, Library, Puzzles, Board Games 
and Playstation.

	HARRY POTTER'S CLOSET is for our younger guests.  We noticed 
our children always find a closet to create their own play room in.  
Now there is one specifically set aside with a fun theme, including 
Hedwig, located in the center of activity for unintrusive 
observation.

	GREAT ROOM is centrally located to the kitchen, has a 3 
sofa conversation pit and can be used as an alternate movie location 
with a 53" TV screen and surround sound Home Theater.

Courts, and a Volleyball Court.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Prices:

Low:       $448/Nightly   $3136.00 per week

Regular:   $498/Nightly  $3486.00 per week

Holiday:   $767/nightly   $5369 per week

*All rates subject to a 13% Tax which is not included in the above price.

Low Season Includes:
January, February, May, September, October, November, December

Regular Season Rates Includes:
March, April, June, July, August

Holiday Season Rates Include:
The week of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Eve


Holiday Rental Rates include the week of Easter Thanksgiving 
Christmas and New Years


Nightly minimum:

There is a 7 night minimum.
For requests  within 30 days of check in, we will accept a 4 night 
minimum, if there is a vacancy. 


Cleaning Fee:    $175.00 For stays less than 7 nights

Tax: 13%

Pool Heat: 
$150.00 A Week 

Gas Grill: $35.00 Optional Fee for your stay

Mid Stay Clean:  $150.00  This is an optional fee at the Guests 
request to have a cleaning during their stay.

Deposit for the home is $500.00 for the week. 
This needs to be paid in order to hold the home for your reservation.

Security Deposit is $500.00  
This can be taken care of with a check or credit card and will be 
returned to you after your departure, when the maintenance company 
informs us that the home is in good condition.
