The Breakers is a building with history and is located on Boardwalk and
First St in Bethany Beach. You can't beat the location. Parking is at
a premium in Bethany Beach and you have enough room to park 2-3 cars
Easy walk to restaurants and activities on Garfield Parkway. This
unit has an ocean view and you are so close to the ocean you can hear
waves while you sleep.
The kitchen is fully equiped and has a dish washer and microwave
There is a deck where you can watch a beautiful sunset. There are
accomodations for sleeping for six but the unit is small so the limit
is four. There are two bedrooms which affords you more privacy when
sharing the unit.
There are beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Washer
and dryer are available in an out-building. An outside shower for
rinsing off.

you could drive to the Rehoboth outlets on Route 1.

(August 21 to August 28) is $1100.00 a week.
(August 28 to Sept 4) is $1000.00 a week.
(September 5 to September 11) is $850 a week
The rest of September is $600 a week
