Vacation Rental Description
Completely reconstructed in 2004, the unit is a gorgeous one-level,
3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo (“Willow” model) of approximately 2400
sq. ft. that can sleep six. A casual eating area and granite topped
island kitchen with stainless steel appliances open to the great
room (with fireplace) via a fabulous bar with a separate sink and
beverage chilling center. From these rooms, a wall of glass patio
doors provides access to the newly expanded travertine stone patio
with built in gas BBQ overlooking the waterfalls and ponds of the
10th hole of the Challenge course. Breakfast on the patio in January
is particularly wonderful with the unit’s southern exposure!
An elegant dining room with built-in buffet is just off the front
entry. Down the hall are a designer powder room, three bedrooms all
with attached bathrooms, and a laundry room with full size washer
and dryer. The master bedroom with a king bed has a sliding glass
door to a completely enclosed private patio. The travertine master
bath contains double sinks, whirlpool tub, large glass enclosed
shower, and separate toilet. There is a huge walk-in closet. The
second bedroom has a queen bed and the attached bathroom has double
sinks and a glass shower. The third bedroom, also with its own
bathroom is furnished as a den with a queen sleeper sofa, easy chair
and big screen TV.
There are travertine stone floors throughout the main areas of the
unit and carpet in the bedrooms. Interior doors are solid wood or
custom art glass. Kitchen counters, bar, buffet and bathroom
vanities are solid granite. The unit has vertical blinds or wood
shutters on all doors and windows, air conditioning with 2 control
zones, a built in stereo sound system with CD player, and 3 TV’s
with DVD players. There is a fully equipped chef’s kitchen. All
linens are provided, including towels for the pool. The garage is
attached with access directly to the unit.
The condo is very close to a lovely neighborhood pool with a
whirlpool spa and restroom. (There are more than 40 pools spread
throughout the complex including a jr olympic size at the
clubhouse). It’s a short easy walk to the main clubhouse.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Palm Valley Country Club is a guard gated, full service, high-end
club in Palm Desert.
Not all units for rent in Palm Valley have access to club
facilities. Renting our unit allows you access to the club’s
facilities on a guest fee basis. These amenities include:
- Ted Robinson designed golf course (the Challenge Course)
- 85,000 sq ft clubhouse with 2 restaurants and bar/cocktail lounge
- golf and tennis pro shops
- Jr Olympic size swimming pool next to the clubhouse
- Tennis club with 16 tennis courts (10 lighted) and teaching staff
- Athletic Club and Fitness Center with racquetball courts, weight
room, aerobics room,
saunas, steam rooms and whirlpools.
- Spa and Salon with massages, facials, fitness assessments, etc.
Activities and Attractions
Pool and jacuzzi steps away.
Golf, tennis, swimming, fitness and spa at the club.
Palm Springs and desert communities – great shopping, dining, art
galleries, museums, casinos, and hiking - “El Paseo”, “the
Follies”, “Pacific Life Open”, “Bob Hope Classic”
Vacation Rental Rates
Nov – April $2500/wk, $6000/mo (4 wks)
Note: Feb and March - minimum one month stay required
May – October $1800/wk, $4000/mo (4 wks) plus utilities
Rentals less than 1 wk are charged the one week rate.
Rates do not include a $130 cleaning fee required upon departure and
$100 once every 2 weeks during long term rentals.
A $1000 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking.
Rental payment is non-refundable and is due 60 days prior to arrival
date.
