Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo located in the gated Mesquite
Country Club. This unit overlooks the golf course and sits directly
in front of the nine hole putting green. The unit is also a short
walk away from the club house which features a pro shop, restaurant,
and coctail lounge.
The masterbedroom features a king size bed and the master bath was
newly remodeled in 2004. The masterbedroom also contains a
television with a DVD player.
The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and has its own private
patio. The guest bathroom was also remodeled in 2004.
The living room features a couch with a fold out queen bed and the
room also contains a television with a DVD player, stereo system.
The dining room table seats six and overlooks the fully equipped
kitchen.
The patio has breathtaking views of the golf course and contains a
table which seats four and a BBQ for outdoor dining.
