Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo located in the gated Mesquite 
Country Club.  This unit overlooks the golf course and sits directly 
in front of the nine hole putting green.  The unit is also a short 
walk away from the club house which features a pro shop, restaurant, 
and coctail lounge.

The masterbedroom features a king size bed and the master bath was 
newly remodeled in 2004.  The masterbedroom also contains a 
television with a DVD player.

The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and has its own private 
patio.  The guest bathroom was also remodeled in 2004.

The living room features a couch with a fold out queen bed and the 
room also contains a television with a DVD player, stereo system.  
The dining room table seats six and overlooks the fully equipped 
kitchen.  

The patio has breathtaking views of the golf course and contains a 
table which seats four and a BBQ for outdoor dining.

This a great unit for large families! This unit has it all !!

Vacation Rental Amenities

This a lower unit which contains a heater & A/C, phones, fully 
stocked kitchen with cookware, utensils, microwave and dishwasher, 2 
TVs with cable and dvd players, gas BBQ, washer and dryer located in 
a closet on the patio.  Pool and jacuzzi are located steps away from 
the unit.  Tennis courts are near by and two racquet ball courts are 
also located within the club house.  The driving range is also a 
short walk away.

Activities and Attractions

The unit is a few minutes away from Downtown Palm Springs where 
there is shopping and dining. Some of the many activities in Palm 
Springs include: bike trails, aerial tramway, horseback riding, 
Living Desert Zoo, movie cinemas, luxury spas, IMAX theater, 
casinos, WW2 air museum.  Don't forget the 18 hole golf course your 
unit overlooks. There is plenty to do and a perfect vacation spot 
for families.
