A family friendly home it has been furnished to a very high standard
in tropical 'Florida Style' decor which is delightful and fun as our
gallery of photos attests. All the comforts of home with all the
amenities of a 5 Star resort you'll find the Villa well-equipped
with everything you need. Designed and built exclusively for rental
the layout of the Villa was customized to provide guests privacy in
the sleeping areas and generous, open spaces in the main living
areas of the house with expansive glass overlooking the pool and
deck.
A quiet residential neighborhood, Rotonda West is ideally located
midway between Sarasota and Fort Myers on the Cape Haze Peninsula
just minutes from fabulous beaches, golf, world class fishing,
shopping, and restaurants. Nearby beaches include Boca Grande,
Englewood, and Manasota Key are a fun outing. We provide beach
chairs, coolers, umbrella, and pails, shovel and other beach toys
for young and old.
