Casa del Parque is a four apartment complex, in the heart of
Manuel Antonio, Quepos, Costa Rica. Our property borders the north
west buffer area of the Manuel Antonio National Park and its only a
5 minutes away from the beach. We have available apartments which sleeps 2 to 6 people.
The background land is home to an incredible array of wildlife.
Monkeys, sloths, coatis, iguanas and innumerable species of birds
live in the vicinity of our property.
From the terrace of the apartments you can enjoy the beauty of the
park, with the breeze between the shades of a mid day tropical sun.
The entrance to the park is a 5 minute drive, or a 5 minute walk to
the bus stop.

The monthly rental decreases according to the number of months you  sign the contract for.

$500 fully refundable security deposit, all taxes are included. We are giving preference to long term rentals. If available for peak weeks (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year)  weekly rates will increase.
