enjoying the soothing sounds of the ocean waves rolling in!  
This beautiful 2brm/2 bath condo unit, very clean, just completely remodeled! 
New luxurious furnishings and tasteful decor, Italian tile flooring, 
new top-of-the line kitchen appliances and bathrooms, new paint 
throughout and designer accessories; just gorgeous and super clean! 

This condo unit faces the oceanfront beach directly and is located 
within a private and quiet condominium setting, away from the main 
highway, but close enough to enjoy excellent restaurants, mall 
shopping, Cocoa Beach Pier, many golf courses and Orlando fun 
parks.  
The Sandcastle condo facility has spacious grounds, ample parking on-site and 
features a heated spacious pool, nice hot soothing Jacuzzi, limited 
exercise equipment room (a full commercial gym with unlimited access 
is available across the street for very small fee with rental). 

There are separate men and women’s sauna’s and a tennis court that has 
lights for night play. There is a large recreation room with 
internet connections, a book library and TV. The room is always 
available or for private parties with reservation. There is nothing 
like enjoying a swim or relaxing your body in the Jacuzzi on a warm 
Florida night under the stars of the Florida sky; a slice of heaven! 

The condo features a tastefully decorated Master bedroom suite with 
a very comfortable Big Brass King bed, lounge chairs and lamps for 
private reading, private bathroom, TV, and large viewing windows 
that open to the ocean. 
Bedroom 2, has two Full size beds, exquisitely decorated, with a 
private bathroom tub/shower. 
Fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, coffee maker, blender, George 
Foremen grill, gas BBQ Grill, all cookware, utensils,and Dishwasher etc. This condo 
also has a washer and dryer right inside the condo. 

More great features for this condo include; TV's with cable(Liv Rm, 
Master Bdrom), DVD, VCR, and a Stereo & CD music system in the main
