Beach Block, Central Air Conditioning. Wireless Internet access . Two privately assigned parking spots directly in front of the condo. Part of small condo association, only 4 units ( very quiet ). All grounds are open and
professionally landscaped for a little breathing room. More homey
than a hotel or large condo tower.

This location is only about 200 yards to the beach, maybe even the
water. Two blocks to Sailfish Marina( Restaurant, Shopping, Boat
Tours, Fishing, Snorkeling and a water taxi to West Palm) 4-5 short
blocks to our beautiful inlet overlooking Palm Beach.
A short distance to excellent golfing (North Palm Beach CC, as well
as others).

The best place to stay with the best beach!

I have stayed at this condo each summer for several years now, and have always been very happy. The condo is very close to everything, you really dont even need a car while there everything is so close.The condo is always very clean and accommodating, everything you need is there, beach chairs , umbrella, beach towels etc.The condo unit is also very well kept, clean and very quiet. the owner of the condo has always been very helpful and easy to work with and I have never had any trouble with communication. Some of the things to do while there, #1 is the beach, it is beautiful, clear warm water, uncrowded beaches and if you are up late enough you might just see a sea turtle or two! There is lots of great snorkling/ diving spots within walking distance and you can see some great fish. There are several restaurants that you can walk to and they are putting in more soon. One of my favorite places to walk to is Sailfish Marina you can sit on the docks and watch beautiful fish and rays swim right past, or you can catch the water taxi to peanut island a fun spot for a day.If you enjoy walking there are beautiful walking paths through the island where you can see gorgeous banyan trees, lots of birds and lizards and some of the most stunning flowers. I have never been dissapointed in my stay at this condo or Singer Island!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
