home. Two bedrooms, two baths (one with an oversized bathtub for  
two),dining room, living room, family room, large island kitchen,  
and a seperate laundry room.  
 
Two launch ramps are very close by and there is a community pool,  
spa, volleyball and basketball courts. 
 
For those true river rats...the sandy beach of the Colorado river is  
only 100 feet away offering a variety of activities such as  
swimming, boating/personal watercraft, fishing, etc.. 
 
No pets or smoking.

November through March  $1,200.00 per month (utilities included) 
Reduced rates for long term rental (3 months or more)

$500.00 refundable* security deposit is required to hold dates. 
$75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. 
*Security deposit will only be refunded if there is no missing or  
damaged property. 72 hour cancellation notice is required, if  
cancellation requirement is not met you will be charged a fee  
depending on length of stay agreement. No refunds on Holiday  
reservations.
