Vacation Rental Description

Belle Soleil is located in Oak Island Harbor at Formosa Gardens - 
only 3.5 miles to the Magic Kingdom/MGM Studios Entrance. We 
recently purchased this home and have completely redecorated and 
painted Belle Soleil and it is now ready for you to spend your 
vacation in luxury! We have purchased a beautiful 4-Poster King-
Sized Bed and Armoire for the Master Bedroom and a beautiful Living 
Rm set with Chaise Lounge Chair. All bedding and linens were new as 
of June 2006. 

With over 2400 sq ft, Belle Soleil offers lots of room to enjoy up 
to 8 people very comfortably. The kids will love the Game Room with 
an 8 ft Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, & Ping Pong Table and Sitting 
Area with TV & Dartboard. There is a separate Adult Living Room with 
Big Screen TV for quiet times away from the kids. The Master Suite 
with a Brand new 4-Poster King-Size Bed and adjoining Bath is 
located on the first floor. The remaining bedrooms are located on 
the 2nd floor. Another King-Size bedroom will be upstairs on 
9/22/07 - this will be replacing the Queen Size bed that is 
currently in there now!  The other two bedrooms both have 2 twin 
beds each. 

The kitchen is fully applianced with Dining Area. There is a 
separate Dining Room for a more intimate gathering. 

Day or night, everyone will enjoy the outdoor Swimming Pool to cool 
off after a day at the Parks or wind down in the relaxing heated 
Spa. The pool is South Facing for all the Sun Worshipers!

A $250- Reservation deposit is required to reserve your dates. The 
remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival.
