Both the two bedroom/two bathroom and one bedroom  condo have just 
been totally renovated and have  a very contemporary yet comfortable 
decor. The two bedroom  condo is on the first floor, faces the lake 
with a wonderful water feature, and is very close to a large heated 
swimming pool. The one bedroom condo is a second floor unit and has 
a great view of the lake, pool and is full of natural light.
Both condos are    just a stone's throw away from the fabulous beach 
and Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island. Enjoy a wonderful view of 
the lake, pool and the beach just across the street.  
This is a wonderful year round destination full of amenities and 
activities for all ages.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condos are  fully equipped and completely furnished with 
everything you need including a washer and dryer.  Beach and pool 
geer are included with the rental. The only thing that you need to 
bring is your swimsuits.

Runaway Bay is situated on 13 acres of land and sits between the 
Gulf of Mexico and the Bay of Sarasota. The complex  has the largest 
heated pool on the entire island of Anna Maria. Included are onsite 
tennis courts, exercise room,sauna, clubhouse,video library, bay 
fishing,and bike paths.
 

Vacation Rental Rates

 
Special rates available depending on time of year and season. Rates 
range from $500 to $1250 per week and $1900 to $3600 per month.  
Also special weekly and monthly last minute 
special booking rates available.
