These condos have just been totally renovated and have a very contemporary yet comfortable decor. The two bedroom condo is located on the first floor, faces the lakewith a wonderful water feature, and is very close to a large heated swimming pool. the condos are full of natural light in additon to the wonderful views.
The two bedroom condos can sleep up to six people and the one bedroom condos can accommodate up to 2 adults and2 children.
The condos are just a stone's throw away from the fabulous beach
and Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island. Enjoy a wonderful view of
the lake, pool and the beach just across the street. We own a private access to the beach.
Most importantly I can assure you that these condos/apartments are decorated and maintained to my standards. Your host and owner,Michael Bartone. travels the world and has stayed at many 5 star properties. I understands the importance of the attention to details of the amenities in his units including only the best linens, sheets, and all the comforts that you have in your home. I have over an 80 percent return guest rate.
This is a wonderful year round destination full of amenities and
activities for all ages.

everything you need-Flat Screen Televisions, DVD video/music players,
and a washer and dryer in each of the units. We also offer two
complimentary bikes if requested and time of booking.

Runaway Bay is situated on 13 acres of land and sits between the
Gulf of Mexico and the Bay of Sarasota. The complex has the largest
heated pool on the entire island of Anna Maria. Included are onsite
tennis courts, exercise room,sauna, clubhouse,video library, bay
fishing,and bike paths.
