A vacation at this uniquely situated Maui home offers something for
everyone. Under a spectacular star-filled sky, you will fall asleep
to the sound of waves below. As you awake, the hues of sunrise paint
the clouds over Molokai and the pine covered hills of Kapalua.
Before rolling out of bed you can watch humpback whales (seasonally)
and surfers can check out the conditions at Honolua Bay.
You may want a morning walk through beautiful Kapalua before a
relaxing breakfast on the lanai. Later, follow a stairway down to
the secluded beach below for a private stroll, uninterupted reading
or beach time. An easy walk to nearby Kapalua and Napili Bays
provide great snorkeling, kayaking, and sea turtle watching. You may
be surprised by colorful rainbows which burst forth with unexpected
brilliance.
For your enjoyment there are three world famous golf courses at
Kapalua, as well as the Kapalua Golf Academy. Two tennis courts are
available to Bay Villa guests, and the Kapalua Tennis Gardens are
close by. You can swim in the pools or at Napili Bay. The
temperature of air and water is ideal.
This is the quintessential Maui experience. The vacation that most
people only imagine is truly possible. Just 15 minutes north of
bustling Kaanapali, the Kapalua area offers visitors a more private
experience of the island.
Nestled below the road, on a secluded beach just north of Kapalua
Bay, the Kapalua Bay Villas offer quiet and beautifully landscaped
surroundings with 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, poolside
barbeques and easy beach access.
You can explore many beachfront trails with tide pools and lava
formations or work out at the fitness center at the nearby Ritz
Carlton Hotel. Afterward, book a treatment at the spa at the Ritz.
Some of Maui's finest restaurants are close by or you can grill
fresh local fish on the poolside barbecues.
Bay Villa 17G5 is a two-story townhouse. The master bedroom suite
upstairs has a private lanai and sweeping ocean views from Honolua
Bay to Molokai. Surrounding lawns offer exceptional privacy, well-
protected by the flowering landscape. Parking on the private drive
is just steps to the condo for easy access.
Building 17 is especially quiet and well-situated at the north end
of complex, away from the Kapalua Bay Hotel, adjacent to large
beachfront homes. The condo is very private, at the far end of teh
building, with expansive windows and views in two directions.
Although the condo is fully air conditioned, guests generally prefer
the natural cooling of the fragrant breezes.
This home has been carefully appointed to make your visit as
comfortable, convenient and relaxing as possible. The spacious and
airy interior has been recently refurnished with appealing Pacific-
Fusion decor. Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a superior king
size bed, TV, stereo, ocean-view seating area and generous bath with
sunken tile tub and shower.
The upstairs lanai has a table and chairs for relaxing. Downstairs,
you will find a newly remodeled 2nd bathroom, complete with a
shower. There is also a brand new "comfortable" sofa sleeper with 6
inch foam mattress. The user friendly kitchen also has ocean views
and Sub-zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, and microwave-
convection oven. There is Free high speed internet access, CD player
and a brand new 42" Sony flar screen TV! Expansive windows and
sliding door access to the lanai truly bring the outside "in" to the
living areas.
