neighborhood
ideally located between Fort Lauderdale's island city Wilton Manors
and the beach, just blocks north of the Fort Lauderdale Galleria.
New professional landscaping is featured both front and back, while
the outdoor living space boasts a sparkling new heated swimming pool,
an expansive tiled patio for lounging and outdoor eating, and a
gorgeous private yard surrounded by royal palms, coconut palms,
flowering shrubs, and decorative grasses.
The Middle River leading to the Intercoastal Waterway is just around
the corner, and Fort Lauderdale's award-winning Blue Wave beaches are
a short one-mile drive or bike ride from you.
You can easily walk to Starbucks, Barnes & Noble and Whole Foods, or
take advantage of the extensive selection of shops and restaurants
(Ruths Chris, J. Alexanders, etc.) that are just a few blocks away.
An open floor plan focuses on the bright gourmet kitchen, which has
been outfitted and lighted for entertaining and serves as a focal
point between the large dining room and comfortable, inviting sunken
living room.

Casa Calmare has two full baths and two bedrooms (each with queen-
size beds), plus a queen-size sleep sofa in the living room.
The master bedroom suite and living room each include an armoire that
contains both TV and DVD player. The living room is also equipped
with a stereo, a Bose surround sound speaker system (great for movie
watching), an iPod connection and a 100-disc CD player.
For your convenience, there is a phone for incoming a local calls. A
house computer awaits your commands, along with high speed internet
connection, printer and wifi modem.
On the Pool Terrace, there's a gas grill and lounge and dining
furnishings that invite outdoor living by the heated pool.
All linens are provided, including pool and beach towels, and the
fully outfitted kitchen includes a washer and dryer. The kitchen also
