Vacation Rental Description

1 bedroom studio.  The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, coffee-maker 
and toaster. If you plan on slaving over a hot stove, you are looking 
at the wrong place, the studio doesn't have a stove.  Prepare a meal 
in the micro if you must, but rather enjoy some Mexican take-out or 
eat at one of the many nearby restaurants. All clen bed-linens are 
supplied, and unlike some other rentals here, we don't charge a 
cleaning fee.  The $ 100.00 per night you see advertised is all that 
you will pay.  The dining table seats four, and of course there is 
more than enough silverware, plates, cups and mugs.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The studio has 100's of Direct TV channels so you don't miss your 
favorite ballgame or your favorite soap opera.

Activities and Attractions

Guests can go horseback riding,fish from the rocks, play in the tidal-
pools, enjoy nearby golfing, surf, tan at the beach or the pool, go 
shopping or do a ton of other activities.

Vacation Rental Rates

$ 100.00 per night  -  $ 600.00 per week
Full week bookings  -  Stay 6 nights and your 7th night is free, and
the deposit waived.  Check in time is 3:00 pm or after on the day of 
arrival and check out is 11:00 on day of departure.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is fefundable (less $ 100.00 
processing fee) 30 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-
booking. Resevations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the 
receipt of the 100.00 deposit and 50% of the rental. The balance can 
be paid when you arrive at the studio.
