This one bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in an ocean front complex on the closest beach to Orlando. Great for family fun, romantic getaways or 2 couples vacationing together, the condo is on the 5th floor and has beautiful and relaxing southeast ocean views from the spacious private patio. The master suite has a king size bed, private bathroom and TV. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and a second TV with a DVD and VCR - room for everyone to spread out! A second bathroom allows this condo to easily accommodate either 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

You get all the amenities of home with this well furnished condo. Cook your own meals if you like in the fully equipped kitchen complete with all dinnerware, utensils, dishwasher and microwave. Or, dine out in one of the areas many great restaurants if you're tired from playing on the beach in the Florida sun all day! There are several grocery stores and many excellent restaurants within a few miles of the condo, so you don't have to go far to get all your favorite foods.

There is a large heated pool and a jacuzzi to enjoy year round as well as lighted tennis and basketball courts all on this property for your use. The grounds are immaculately clean and maintained. The Atlantic Ocean is just outside the complex's private gated pool area so you can enjoy endless hours of swimming, surfing, wake boarding, or relaxing in the sun just steps from your condo. It's romantic for couples and incredible fun for families. We supply beach chairs and wake boards.

This condo is also in a great location to enjoy all of what Central Florida has to offer. We are only 45 minutes away from the Orlando airport. Orlando attractions, including Disney, Universal and Sea World theme parks are an easy hour drive on the Beach Line expressway (Hwy 528) from the condo. No need to put up with endless Orlando traffic.  Stay at this condo and drive in for attractions during the day and then return to your beachside retreat at night.

This condo is on the closest beach to Orlando, so have the best of both worlds.

7 NIGHT RENTALS ONLY - cannot rent less than 7 nights

$75 Cleaning Fee and 11% Tax --$200 Security Deposit Required to secure reservation.

Bookings made within 30 days of arrival must pay full amount plus deposit at time of booking.
Bookings made outside of 60 days require $200 deposit to secure booking, 50% of rent due 60 days prior to arrival and remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will forfeit deposit.

Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit all prepaid amounts plus deposit.
- No Pets and No Smoking inside units.
- 7 night minimum stay, bookings Saturday to Saturday.
- Check in 3pm, Check out 10am.
- Must be 26 or older to book.
