Vacation Rental Description

The Cubbyhole is a beautiful No Pet, No Smoking, one bedroom plus 
loft cabin situated on one-and-a-half acres of tall Ponderosa pines. 
Close to shopping, restaurants, and movie theatres the Cubbyhole is 
the perfect mountain cabin get-away.

This cabin features a stone fireplace with firewood provided. A gas 
stove and three other types of heat for your winter comfort. Also 
air conditioning for extra comfort in the mild mountain summer. The 
beautiful back deck which looks out to the pines is equipped with 
aluminum deck furniture, an eight-and-a-half foot shade umbrella and 
a gas grill for your outdoor cooking and dining pleasure. There is a 
super comfy queen bed in the master bedroom, and the Birdhouse Loft 
houses two twin beds and cable TV.
The living room boasts a La-Z-Boy rocker recliner loveseat and a La-
Z-Boy reclining sofa. Super comfy!

The Cubbyhole is centrally situated to golf courses, fishing and 
boating lakes, stream fishing, hiking trails, and the Hondah Casino. 
In the winter, it is time for the marvels of The Sunrise Ski Resort 
with beautiful downhill and cross country skiing. For those not 
comfortable on skis there is also sledding, snowmobiling, and tubing 
available.

The Arizona White Mountains are the perfect get-away ALL year round 
so come stay with us and enjoy the mountain life!

Equipped Kitchen with Microwave, Coffee Maker, Spices, Refrigerator, 
& Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, Gas Grill (BBQ). NO 
SMOKING & NO PETS PLEASE.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are as follows:     $150.00 per night for one or two people
                          $175.00 per night for three or four people
                          $900.00 per week
Minimum 2 night stay and 4 nights during holidays.
There is a $250.00 refundable deposit and a one time $60.00 cleaning 
fee.
