Vacation Rental Rates

January 1  -  May 31  :  $3400 USD/month 
                         $ 900 USD/week 
                         $ 150 USD/night,short term 
June 1     -  Oct. 31 :  $2000 USD/month 
                         $ 625 USD/week 
                         $ 150 USD/night, short term 
November 1 -  Dec. 31:   $2500 USD/month 
                         $ 750 USD/week 
                         $ 150 USD/night, short term 
 - 25% depost required at time of contract.  Balance in full  
   required 30 days prior to arrival. 
 - 10.5% Florida Sales Tax (6.5% plus 4% room tax) 
 - $300.00 fully refundable security deposit 
 - $75.00 cleaning fee.  Tennant responsible for cleaning while  
   in residence.
