This magnificent 3rd floor condo is located as close to the beach as
you can get! With the ocean directly in front of you and a heated pool
as well, you are sure to have a fabulous vacation.

CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN!!! This is a home away from home. We pride our
unit on being VERY clean and modern. We listen to your needs and are
making changes to our unit every year. We strive to help you have the
best vacation possible.

The air conditioned unit has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The back bedroom has
two full size beds with two large dressers.

The front bedroom has one queen sized bed with one dresser and a
closet. We also have a pull out sofa (queen)located in the family
room. Linens are not provided. We do supply pillows, comforters and
blankets.

This unit has a full eat-in kitchen with a separate living room.
There is plenty of room to sit and relax while looking out onto the
ocean and listening to the waves crash upon the shore.

We take pride in the continuous effort we put into our unit. This is
a home away from home and we want you to feel welcome and relaxed.
This very clean and modern condo is up-to-date with all of the
amenities you could need.

And location is key!!! With the boardwalk of Wildwood only a short
distance away, a relaxing bike path, numerous parks, and the quaint
shopping offered in Cape May, you have found a fabulous location!

Enjoy the beautiful sunsets only a few short blocks away to the
bayside. In the summer months, nightly entertainment can be found at
the gazebo by the bay.

Families and adults only. No spring breakers, or prom.
MUST be 25 years or older to rent.

RATES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE FOR 2 night minimum stays in September and October.  Rates as low as $135 per night for a 4 day 3 night stay.  $150 for 2 night stay.

October Specials

For initial deposit we require 25% down. This is calculated on the
rental price, plus a $300 security deposit which is returned to you no
more than 30 days from your rental (if left in condition it was
rented). We provide a detailed contract which we will email to you.
Any questions will be answered in a timely fashion.
