Vacation Rental Description

Exceptional, high-floor one bedroom condominium in the heart of Condado in San Juan.  
Conveniently located on Ashford Avenue with a 16 foot long balcony looking toward 
Ashford Avenue with partial ocean views. 

The clean, centrally air conditioned condominium is well equipped. The living room is 
furnished with a large sofa which opens up to a queen size bed, wall mounted plasma 
cable television and DVD player. 
The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with fresh bedding, cotton blankets, 
quilts, several pillows and cable television.  Both rooms have soft lighting and ceiling fans.

The Kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker.
There are plenty of glasses and utensils, and there is all you need for cooking and even 
baking.

The gardened balcony, which runs across the entire length of the living room and 
bedroom and has floor to ceiling windows, is furnished with a bistro table and chairs to 
enjoy the view by day and night.  By day the view is of the blue ocean waters; by night, be 
mesmorized by the sky line view of Condado.
  
The high-rise building has a grand, well-appointed lobby, 2 elevators, "living area" 
equipped with sofas, tables and even vending machines.  You can relax and enjoy the 
enormous private outdoor pool equipped with bathroom and outdoor shower.  You can 
also utilize the building's brand new fitness room equipped with treadmill, stairmaster, 
rowboat machine, free weights, etc. There is free WIFI internet access throughout all 
common areas of the building and safety and security is ensured by the 24-hour doorman.
