Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful studio on the upper west side.  Top (8th) floor of an elevator building has high ceilings  
with large windows that give great light and super views from living area (see photo). The air- 
conditioned apartment has a full kitchen and full marble bath and large living area.  Solid cherry  
trundle bed has top of the line memory foam that can either be used as "short" king-sized be or as a  
sofa. Very, very comfortable bed (and sofa). Folding beds in closet.  Fabulous upper west side  
neighborhood with tons of trendy restaurants, clubs, shopping, bars, gym! Laundry room.  New large  
(32") flat screen Samsung TV (which is not visible in pictures yet) with HD programming.  Wireless  
internet. One block to Central Park!! Half a block to Natural History Museum. There is no better  
location in Manhattan. One to two blocks to C train at Central Park West and W.81st. There is   
another studio across the hall from this one which will availble for new bookings beginning  
September 27, 2008 (no pictures or ad yet).

heart of the UPPER WEST SIDE!  W80th and Columbus.

Vacation Rental Rates

1750-2450 Per week. Rentals of one week or more are given preference.
