nestled back in the upper bay. This ground floor unit has 2 bedrooms,
2 baths, kitchen, dining room, fire place and patio. The patio
overlooks pool, lawn area, sandy beach and beautiful Paw Paw Lake.

This beautiful condominium has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It is
furnished with everything you could want AND it's located steps away
from the resort size swimming pool. Comfortable furniture and
accessories abound. There are two televisions, cable, DVD player, two
patios, ceiling fans, and much more. The master bedroom has a queen
sized bed (with fantastic view of the water) and 2nd bedroom has two
beds with bunks that can sleep four. Appliances including stove,
refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. There is all the
cookware you need, many small appliances, gas grill and much more
available for your use. Just bring your towels, clothes and toothbrush
for a wonderful vacation.

Swimming, basketball, tennis and beach volleyball on Lake Pointe
property. Boating, fishing and sailing on Paw Paw Lake just a few
steps away. The Kal-Haven bike trail is 20 minute drive. Several 18
hole courses are within short drive.
Swim, boat, sail, golf or bike in the day; follow it up with a movie
in Coloma, dinner in South Haven. The beaches of Lake Michigan are
just a 10 minute drive. Take your chilled bottle of wine down to enjoy
the spectacular sunsets.

Weekend Fall rates $300 Friday thru Sunday.

$975 per week July thru August
$700 per week September thru May
$800 per week June
Minimum stay of three nights, $475
50% deposit required at time of booking. Balance due by June 1st.
Security deposit of $300.

No Smoking. Security deposit will be forfeited if smoking is detected.
