This was an OK experience. I was down here on business for a YMCA Swimming Competiton with 9 swimmers. I had to spend to first 2 days calling and getting things fixed which I really did not have time for. However the owner and rental group Tropical Vactions Group was very helpful and accomadating I just didn't have the extra time to be dealing with these problems. The sink was clogged that took 2 days to fix. The hot tub was broken that did not get fixed until Friday. We picked this house for the use of a hot tub since we were down there for a competiton it would have been helpful but was not useful until the competion was over. The one shower was broken so that made it more difficult to get showers done, it never did get fixed. There is very limited pans and cooking equipment. Cooking for 9 became a challenge with these limited supplies.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway

Owners response: This must be the wrong home because this home does not have a hot tub. Also I handle my own rentals and my company is Sandy by the Sea Realty. I have no association with a company called Tropical Vacations group.
