  microwave, efficiency refrigerator, and gas grill.

• This area is rich in history, founded as a mining community. Bring
  your hiking boots, a good book,
  or your ATV. This mountain property is the prefect place to relax
  and escape the fast pace of daily and desert.
• Ideal location for side trips to Prescott and other destinations. We
  are only 8 miles off highway
  69, four miles past Lynx Lake. Primarily paved road, easy access.
• Day trips can include a local
  winery, Jerome, Sedona, and the Verde Valley.

Our rates can meet your needs. Only $95 a night for daily rentals.
Discount for mid-week. Our $25
cleaning fee can be waived for 3 or more consecutive nights.  Optional sleeping room can be rented for an additional $25/guest per night.  Weekly
rate dependent on
season/holiday weekends. Contact us for rates of your intended
stay. Personal checks accepted if
cleared by owners financial institution prior to guest arrival.
