is a compliment to the cool mountain air and forest.  The view and the spacious deck will be awe  
inspiring.  Sit by the creek across the road and focus on all that is good in life.  The bunk beds  
in the lower level will be a joy for children.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The adequate kitchette has the essentials.  Kitchenette includes a microwave, efficiency  
refrigerator, and gas grill.  Linens provided. Enjoy your privacy or visit with your hosts and share  
an evening beverage.  Hosts are on site and can share information about the area and insure your  
stay is enjoyable.

Activities and Attractions

This area is rich in history, founded as a mining community.  Bring your hiking boots, a good book,  
or your ATV.  This mountain property is the prefect place to relax and escape the desert heat.   
Ideal location for side trips to Prescott and other destinations.  We are only 8 miles off highway  
69, four miles past Lynx Lake.  Primarily paved road, easy access.  Day trips can include a local  
winery, Jerome, Sedona, and the Verde Valley.

Vacation Rental Rates

Our rates can meet your needs.  Only $95 a night for daily rentals.  Discount for mid-week.  Our $20  
cleaning fee can be waived for 3 or more consecutive nights.  Weekly rate dependent on  
season/holiday weekends.  Contact us for rates of your intended stay.  Personal checks accepted if  
cleared by owners financial institution prior to guest arrival.
